Key Benefits and Features

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set stands out as a crowning achievement for nostalgic fans and high-end toy collectors alike. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this collection elevates iconic 90s pop culture into premium display art. Below are the standout features and benefits that set this release apart from standard offerings:

• Premium Fabric Tailoring and Seamless Design: Unlike traditional plastic releases, Mezco One:12 Collective Figures are famous for blending detailed sculpted elements with real tailored cloth costuming. Each ranger features a custom-fitted fabric suit complete with silk-screened morpher patterns, faux-leather holsters, and sculpted boots. This soft-goods approach hides unsightly joint cuts while preserving realistic fabric folds, giving the team a screen-accurate, high-end appearance on your shelf.

• All-in-One Definitive Team Collection: Instead of hunting down individual releases over several months or years, the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set delivers the entire core lineup—Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, and Pink Rangers—in a single, cohesive package. Getting the full team at once ensures uniform scaling, matching paint finishes, and consistent fabric textures across all figures, making it the ultimate centerpiece for any collector's display.

• Unrivaled Arsenal of Accessories and Effects: These high-end Power Rangers action figures come loaded with an incredible array of show-accurate weaponry and accessories. Each ranger includes their signature Power Weapon (Power Sword, Power Bow, Power Axe, Power Daggers, and Power Lance), which can combine to form the devastating Power Blaster. Additionally, the set includes multi-stage Blade Blasters, blast effect pieces, lightning FX, and interchangeable unmasked head sculpts featuring the likenesses of the original cast.

• Dynamic Articulation for Iconic Posing: Built on proprietary One:12 body bucks, each figure boasts over 28 points of articulation. This allows you to effortlessly recreate iconic martial arts stances, high-flying morphin' poses, and memorable team-up formations. The combination of flexible fabric suits and sturdy internal joints ensures long-lasting posability without damaging or over-stretching the material over time.

• Collector-Grade Deluxe Packaging: Mezco delivers a top-tier unboxing experience with a specially designed deluxe box featuring metallic accents, vibrant character art, and secure, dual-layer plastic trays. The collector-friendly packaging allows you to easily display the figures in-box or safely store accessories without damaging the outer artwork.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Inspecting and Preparing the Collector Packaging

Begin by preparing a clean, flat surface free of dust, liquids, or sharp tools. Carefully slide off the art-embossed slipcover from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set. Mezco designs their premium packaging to be strictly collector-friendly, so take your time opening the main cover. Inspect the inner tray seals to ensure everything is pristine before lifting the plastic protective layers, protecting the delicate fabric suits on these high-end figures.

Step 2: Unboxing Trays and Inventorying Accessories

Gently lift out the multi-tiered plastic clam-shell trays from the inner box. This set contains a massive assortment of gear, so perform a complete inventory before posing. Verify that all interchangeable unmasked head sculpts, alternate hands, blast effect pieces, and signature Power Weapons are accounted for. When removing the figures, grip them around the hard plastic torso rather than pulling on the limbs to prevent snagging the tailored cloth, a standout feature of Mezco One:12 Collective Figures.

Step 3: Testing Articulation and Adjusting Soft Goods

Before placing your team into extreme superhero poses, gently move each joint to loosen the internal skeleton. Because these Power Rangers action figures feature real fabric costumes over underlying articulated bodies, avoid keeping joints at maximum stretch for extended periods to prevent creasing or tearing the fabric seams. Swap out the default hands for weapon-holding or martial-arts hands by holding the wrist pin firmly to avoid damage.

Step 4: Weapon Assembly and Base Setup

Assemble the individual character weapons—the Power Sword, Power Bow, Power Axe, Power Daggers, and Power Lance—or combine them to form the massive Power Blaster accessory. Next, remove the custom-printed display bases from the lower tray. Insert the clear articulated posing posts into the base plates and attach the waist clips, allowing you to showcase dramatic mid-air jump kicks and signature team stances safely.

Step 5: Storing Extra Components Securely

Once your display setup is complete, place all unused hand attachments, helmeted portraits, and weapon effects back into their respective tray slots. Slide the trays back into the original box and store it in a cool, dry place. Preserving the packaging ensures your high-value Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set stays organized and protected for long-term collecting.

Best Practices and Pro Tips

Handling high-end collectibles requires a gentle touch and strategic care, especially when unboxing a multi-figure bundle like the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set. To get the absolute most out of these premium Power Rangers action figures, follow these essential tips and avoid common collector pitfalls.

1. Warm Up Stiff Joints

Fresh out of the packaging, brand-new figures often have tight, stiff articulation points. Forcing movement right away can snap internal pegs—a collector’s worst nightmare. Before attempting dynamic, high-kicking martial arts poses, use a hairdryer on low heat for 10–15 seconds over the stiff joint, or submerge the area in warm water. This softens the plastic slightly, allowing smooth movement without risking breakage.

2. Care for the Tailored Fabric Suits

Unlike standard all-plastic releases, Mezco One:12 Collective Figures feature custom-tailored soft goods. While fabric suits give these figures an authentic screen-accurate aesthetic, they require extra caution:

• Mind the Tension: Leaving figures in hyper-extended, high-tension poses (such as deep lunges or wide splits) for extended periods will permanently stretch, crease, or stress the seam stitching. Rotate your display poses every few weeks to give the fabric a rest.
• Wash Your Hands: Natural skin oils and sweat can stain or degrade light-colored fabrics over time. Clean your hands thoroughly before handling, or consider wearing lint-free cotton collector gloves.
• Avoid Sharp Objects: Be mindful of sharp fingernails or ring edges, which can snag micro-threads in the suits.

3. Organize and Swap Accessories Correctly

This deluxe set comes packed with an incredible array of signature weapons, effect pieces, swap-out hands, and unmasked head sculpts.

• Store unused pieces in a clear, labeled multi-compartment craft box to avoid losing tiny components.
• When changing hands or heads, always pull straight off the ball joint rather than twisting at an angle, which can shear the small peg pins.

4. Optimize Display Conditions

Protect your investment in Mezco One:12 Collective Figures by keeping them in a temperature-controlled environment away from direct sunlight. UV rays will quickly yellow white plastic and fade colorful fabric dyes. Additionally, if using the included poseable display stands, wrap a tiny piece of microfiber cloth or foam around the waist clamps to prevent them from pinching or marking the cloth suits over time.

Conclusion

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Deluxe Boxed Set is an incredible triumph of nostalgia, engineering, and detailed artistry. Mezco Toyz has masterfully bridged the gap between beloved 90s pop culture memories and high-end collectible display pieces. By combining custom-tailored fabric costuming with hyper-articulated bodies, this release sets a brand-new gold standard for what high-end Power Rangers action figures can achieve.
